After years of singing and always needing dresses for it, I have a rule that if and when I just happen to see a great dress, I buy it. EVERY SINGLE TIME I need a dress and go shopping for specifically one, I'm never able to find one I love (or that's in my size). Thus, when I spotted this gown at Bloomie's, it was a no-brainer.

This is the AQUA One-Shoulder Ruffled Gown in Navy and it sells (on sale!) HERE. It also comes in Blush (HERE). If you love the top of this dress but want more of a twist below the waist, there's a Black/Ombré version (HERE) and a floral A-line version (HERE)...

PS—Fit-wise, I'd say this dress runs TTS. I'm typically a 2 (occasionally a 0) or an XS/S and I took a 2 in this dress!
