What I Wore: New Year's Eve 12.31.17

Several of you wrote me asking about my top from my NYE Instagram Stories so I thought I'd share the whole look with you guys. I had to get a bit creative and throw together an 11th-hour ensemble as it was SUPER cold outside (like it was hard to walk even a block, and this is coming from someone who can handle cold!) and a dress just wasn't an option...
