Women Tell All: The Fashion
I rarely do Pretty Panda recaps for Tell Alls and this week is no exception. I know we did get a Rose Ceremony at the start of the episode but very little stood out to me enough to single out and discuss. In a nutshell, despite hype suggesting Madison might leave Peter this week, she did in fact show up to the Rose Ceremony and did in fact accept his rose. This felt overdramatized, milked for all it was worth, and I think none of us were remotely surprised by what transpired. I do want to mention, though, that I thought Victoria F handled being sent home really well; she let Peter off easy.
In case you missed it, my thoughts on this episode can be found in my Flare recap.
I received several requests for this episode, so as I’ve done in the past, I’ve dedicated this week’s post to the fashion…

Best Dressed
The fashion game on Monday (and especially WTA) was pretty solid. I have a tie for Best Dressed second runner-up this week…
This is a tougher dress to pull off than it looks. Silk/satin material, in white or off-white, and with a body grazing silhouette… hoo boy, if I could wear something like this, I would. As much as I love this dress, I’m docking marks because I think Victoria F should have sized up in this—it would have fallen a bit more loosely and looked more easy and elegant. That said, I think this is a ballsy, beautiful choice and I give her kudos for wearing a white gown and managing to not veer bridal. As for her hair, this is probably the only time you’ll ever hear me say I liked a woman’s long hair down with an open back dress, but it was somehow acceptable here. I would have preferred if her hair had been a bit more “done”-looking (it looks no different than it did on her overnight date) but other than that, I think an updo or low-do would have looked too bridal. Instead, Victoria F took this dress in a more beachy, casual direction, and in my opinion, it worked. Victoria F’s Lovers + Friends dress is sold out (HERE), but I found fantastic dupes and major looks-for-less HERE and HERE.
My other second runner-up is Alexa with her WTA look…
Gosh, I just LOVE Alexa’s personal style. She has the ability to take relatively wacky pieces and make them look not only fabulous, but even effortless. Best of all, she just stands out—no run-of-the-mill jewel-tone mini dresses from Revolve to be found here. I even loved her earrings (below) and it made me want to get more adventurous in mixing/matching hoops. Alexa’s ASOS dress is sadly sold out (HERE) but there’s a size 2 still available HERE.
What I love about this outfit is how unexpected it is. An example of an expected look is Kelsey’s red mini dress (at the top of this post)—it’s perfectly nice and it looks good on Kelsey, sure, but there’s very little to write home about. It’s nothing we haven’t seen before. Meanwhile, Victoria F took that same pop of color but executed it in a way we’ve never seen before. And I’m not only talking about the shorts suit set (which I LOVE) but especially with the cropped silhouette and how the jacket is worn alone as a top. It’s just really cute, different, and very fashion forward. I might have liked a slick ponytail from Victoria F here, but her hair down doesn’t bother me, especially since it looks really glossy and glam. Victoria F’s Fletch shorts suit set sells HERE (top) and HERE (shorts). Her Stuart Weitzman sandals sell HERE (if you’re a 9.5, you’re in luck - the patent version is super on sale, HERE!)
This week’s Best Dressed is… drumroll…
Ooooh I LOOOoooOOOoooVED this! I ate up every choice in this look, and it only made me more pissed that Alayah went home prematurely—just think of all the fabulous looks we missed out on. 😩 This suit is decadent and dramatic. I love the masculine flair yet how, with that plunging neckline, it oozes sex appeal. But the sex appeal is still in excellent taste; note the great balance of covered-up-ness and exposed skin. I’m not sure how but even the hyper-embellished material doesn’t look gaudy or costume-y; it instead looks couture and red-carpet-ready. The earrings (below) are fun and unique and they keep things feeling youthful and fresh. The cherry on top? That STUN-NING low side ponytail which is slick, formal, and not only does the outfit justice, but adds to it.
Something about this choice felt extra appropriate given Alayah’s story on this season. Despite having been wronged this season and what was surely a temptation to defend herself and throw shade at her accusers, she restrained herself beautifully. She articulately did admit some fault (saying she wished she’d kept her mouth shut and thought before she’d spoken), yet also artfully defended herself using self-deprecation (proving her high-pitched voice was something she uses in real life) versus retaliation. She didn’t insert herself in any drama she wasn’t involved in and didn’t impart opinions on events she wasn’t present for. Alayah was the picture of class, both in terms of her behavior and in the choice of this striking power suit. Given the cursing and screaming happening amongst some of the other women, and their many dresses that blended together and began to look the same (to me, anyway), she was just on another level.
This was such a top-to-bottom win for me, it goes down in my ATPP Hall of Fame of all-time favorite looks. Yup, that’s a thing I’m starting right now because this is my blog and I can do things like that. :) GOLD STAR! 🌟
Alayah’s Sherri Hill jumpsuit sells HERE. As for her earrings…
… they’re sadly sold out, but turns out they’re from her own boutique, Threes Bees, HERE! If there’s any woman from this season who should have a boutique, it’s Alayah.
Worst Dressed
Like I said, the fashion game this week was quite strong. Nothing offended me this week. Yay!
Until next week, fellow pandas!
