There are few smells I love more in the world than that first "Spring" smell. NYC has been toying with the idea of officially welcoming Spring for awhile now, but I think—think!—we're finally over the hump. It has officially sprung!

One of the (few) perks of a late start to Spring is how, when it's finally time to wear those new warmer weather fashions, a lot of them have begun to significantly drop in price. Case in point, this statement-making yet fully practical and ultra-feminine blouse and skirt combo. I first saw this set back in early March and coveted it immediately, but the retail price was way too steep for me. And now, just in time to actually wear it, it's on sale PLUS an extra 30% off. This early bird spied the worm and waited a month and a half to catch it. :)
